• We collect and record all monthly strata fees and special levies, and chase down any late paying accounts. All funds collected are deposited into your Strata Corporation’s trust account.
• We will register liens and issue fines against delinquent owners where required.
• Strata management Vancouver will help you plan your strata’s budget, Contingency Reserve Fund needs, as well as Capital planning for future expenditures.
• We will organize and implement Strata Council meetings as well as General Meetings, depending upon your particular needs. We will prepare minutes from each meeting, as well as agendas to go out before meetings.

• We will maintain records of all owners and registered tenants.
